Return & Refund Policy
At AIMA Baby, all sales are final.
Because our gift boxes include delicate baby items, white packaging, and may include personalized details, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds after an order has been placed.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, opened items, used items, washed items, personalized items, or shipping/package damage after the order has been handed to the carrier.
We only review requests if the wrong item was sent by AIMA Baby.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aimababyofficial@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item received and the packaging.
If the request is approved, we will offer a replacement for the incorrect item. If a replacement is not available, we may issue a refund for the incorrect item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
